Each Villa has been professionally decorated and thoughtfully appointed for the utmost comfort, convenience and pleasure. Interiors boast stone and tile floors, granite counter-tops, custom cabinets, fully equipped kitchens with premium appliances, and an entertainment center featuring a large screen television, DVD and CD player. Additional televisions are located in each master bedroom, and satellite television reception is provided with Pay-Per-View movie access. Telephones are provided, and business persons will especially appreciate the dedicated data-communications line in each Villa. All Villas are also equipped with a valuables safe for added piece-of-mind. Sunset Cove Villas are fully turn-key accommodations providing all linens and bedding, and kitchen and dining accouterments.
Outside the Villas, enjoy private access to Sleepy Hollow Beach, lushly landscaped grounds, and spectacular ocean-view common areas, including cooking facilities for group entertaining and lounges for soaking up the Laguna Beach sun. For enhanced privacy and security entry to Sunset Cove each Villa is controlled through key-cards, and each Villa is assigned one reserved parking space in our secured parking garage.
