Rates Include: Welcome Champagne; Wi-Fi internet access; local telephone calls, garage parking for one vehicle; post-stay cleaning fee; and mid-week linen change for weekly (or longer) stays.
Occupancy Tax: 12% Laguna Beach Occupancy Tax will be added for stays less than 31 consecutive days.
Reservation Deposit: 50% of the rental amount is required to secure a reservation. Balance of rental amount and Occupancy Tax, if any, is due 21 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit: Guest credit card authorization will be accepted in lieu of cash security deposit.
* Weekly rental period runs Saturday 4pm thru following Saturday 11am during the period of Jun 11 thru Oct 1.
